PT Kantika Media Bali provides business intelligence and data reporting software services ("Service") exclusively to business entities through our website located at https://kantikamediabali.com ("Site"). DataQuantics is a brand of PT Kantika Media Bali, an Indonesian limited company.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

2.1 Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are charged automatically according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

2.2 Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize PT Kantika Media Bali to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

2.3 Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for monitoring charges on your payment method and maintaining current billing information.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

3.1 All Fees Non-Refundable

All fees paid for PT Kantika Media Bali services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to monthly subscription fees, annual subscription fees, setup fees, premium feature charges, and any additional service charges.

3.2 Business-to-Business Services

PT Kantika Media Bali provides services exclusively to business entities. This no-refund policy applies to all commercial subscribers and is not subject to consumer protection regulations.

3.3 Service Availability Basis

All fees are charged for making our services available to you throughout your subscription period, regardless of actual usage. Non-usage of available services does not constitute grounds for refund.

3.4 Subscription Management Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Monitoring your billing statements and subscription charges
  • Contacting support immediately with questions about charges
  • Requesting cancellation before your next billing cycle
  • Maintaining current contact information for service communications

4. CANCELLATION

4.1 Cancellation Process

Subscriptions may be cancelled by emailing [email protected] before your next billing cycle.

4.2 No Partial Refunds

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused service periods. Service access continues until the end of your current billing period.

4.3 Welcome Communications

All subscribers receive welcome emails with login credentials and support contact information. Failure to retain or locate welcome communications does not constitute grounds for refund.

5. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

PT Kantika Media Bali reserves sole discretion to consider refund requests only in cases of:

  • Documented technical failures preventing service access for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors caused by PT Kantika Media Bali systems

Any such considerations are purely discretionary and do not establish precedent.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

6.1 Intellectual Property

You may not use the Service or Site in any manner that would result in an infringement, dilution, misappropriation, or other violation of any intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights and rights arising from patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

6.2 Harmful Content

You may not use the Service or Site to transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content or technology that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data, including without limitation viruses, Trojan horses, bots, worms, scripting exploits, time bombs, or other malicious code.

6.3 No Framing or Scraping

You may not frame or mirror the Site without PT Kantika Media Bali's express prior written consent. You may not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine," or in any way gather any messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other content from the Service or Site or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or Site without PT Kantika Media Bali's express prior written consent.

6.4 Support and Unsolicited Messages

You may not use the Service or Site to transmit unsolicited support messages or other messages, including without limitation unsolicited bulk support messages ("spam"), or support messages that are excessive and/or intended to harass or annoy others.

6.5 System Security

You may not use the Service or Site to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, or communications system, software application, or computing device, including without limitation by attempting to probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, breach security measures, access systems without authorization, or engage in any other unauthorized activities.

6.6 Privacy

6.7 No High-Risk Use

You may not use the Service in any situation where failure or fault of the Service could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to physical or environmental damage.

7.2 End User Violations

You are responsible for violations of these Terms by anyone using the Service or Site with your permission or using your account on an unauthorized basis.

7.3 Chargeback Policy

Initiating chargeback requests may result in immediate service termination and collection actions.

8. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

PT Kantika Media Bali reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service or Site. PT Kantika Media Bali may edit, refuse to post, or remove any material that violates these Terms and may report suspected illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Business Use

You acknowledge this is a business service not subject to consumer protection laws.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
