This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) outlines the prohibited uses of the digital data reporting services and other services (the “Service”) offered by PT Kantika Media Bali, operating under the brand DataQuantics (“DataQuantics”), and the related website located at https://www.dataquantics.io (the “Site”). DataQuantics is a brand of PT Kantika Media Bali.

If you violate this Policy, DataQuantics may suspend or terminate your use of the Service or access to the Site. This applies even in cases of unintentional or unauthorized violations if deemed necessary to ensure legal compliance or protect the rights, safety, and security of DataQuantics, its users, or third parties.

DataQuantics may revise this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Service or Site constitutes agreement to the current Policy.

Intellectual Property

You may not use the Service or Site in ways that infringe or violate intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or moral rights.

DataQuantics may investigate misuse of the Service or Site and may remove or refuse content, suspend access, or report illegal activity to authorities. This is at our sole discretion and may be enforced even without a user complaint.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, you must report it to us immediately and assist in stopping or remedying the violation.
